Life is Nutz... ® Mission Statement: Profit4Charity (P4C) is our business model created and coined by Life is Nutz to help defray the costs associated with operating a charitable organization that helps those who need it. P4C Business Model: Welcome to Life is Nutz, Profit4Charity (P4C) business model! In recent years, it has become clear that many non-profits are required to jump through multiple hoops to achieve financial stability. Once they are able to evolve to the point of operating with a positive cash flow, even more challenges are encountered. A charity, non-profit, or 501c3 are organizations designed to help those less fortunate. By being forced to manipulate and navigate a never-ending stream of red tape and grant writing criteria, an alarming number of these organizations are forced to close their doors for good. We subsequently found that by combining the moral, ethical corporate, and social responsibility of a non-profit, with the revenue-generating opportunities of a streamlined Corporation, we could create a contribution vehicle more effective than any ever conceived. Life is Nutz mission is to successfully develop and expand a highly profitable Lifestyle apparel and accessory company, in order to facilitate funding, and help defray the costs associated with operating a non-profit, charitable organization. The “Profit4Charity” (P4C) business model, implemented and coined by Life is Nutz, Inc. will propel us in the market, and allow us to lead by example so other companies, of all sizes, can replicate our efforts. Life is Nutz... ® The goal is to raise revenue through the sale of lifestyle goods, and in turn, divide the profits in a unique manner. Life is Nutz will donate 10% from our GROSS annual profit, unlike all other "donating" entities, which use a net profitability model. As the Life is Nutz Brand grows and develops, so will the 10% number. Our mission is to help others, along with ourselves, not after ourselves. Opportunity: Companies in the apparel and accessory market today have made millions of dollars with simple adages such as “Life is Good”, “Life is Crap”, “Life is Wine”, etc. We believe these to be somewhat extreme in content, given today’s worldwide economic state. “Life is Good”. Sometimes. “Life is Crap”. Occasionally. “Life is Wine”. Well we just don’t get this one, but we know for certain that “Life is Nutz” in good times, in crappy times, and certainly when under the influence of too much wine. Life is Nutz is just one of our registered trademarks that we feel will resonate with an unparalleled number of consumers. We believe that the majority of the population agrees with our statement, more so than any of the other clichés out there. Life is Nutz is not an overnight success, but one that will be around for a very long time. No matter what the situation is, life can be Nutz! Our focus has grown, from grassroots awareness to Brand loyalty, by producing a high-quality product. We want people to know they are helping multiple charities with each purchase. So for each product purchased, 10% of our gross annual profit will be distributed evenly to the charities currently enrolled. Once we have helped those charities to get back on their feet, we will then go out and find 4 new charities that want our help. As our organization grows, our mission remains the same: Help those who need it!
